Harvested using chemical-free beekeeping practices, our honey is rich in naturally occurring antioxidants, enzymes, organic acids, minerals and phenolic compounds that contribute to its unique characteristics. Many Western Australian honey varieties also exhibit naturally occurring antibacterial activity, measured as Total Activity (TA) through independent laboratory testing. Our honey is supplied raw, minimally processed and gently filtered to preserve its natural flavour, aroma and beneficial characteristics.
